Musique en Scène à Mériel - Espace rives gauche
Making classical music available to the “general public”. Organised by the cultural department of the town of Mériel along with artistic direction from Festival d’Auvers-sur-Oise with Florence and Pascal Escande, “Musique en Scène à Mériel” is the perfect addition to the cultural programme for the local area. The town welcomes these classical music concerts to the Espace Rive-Gauche venue. They pull out all the stops to make sure this highly accessible classical music event is a huge success.
L’Isle-Adam Creators' Market
Art in all shapes and sizes… The Marché des Créateurs (Creators’ Market) is an unmissable event held every year in September on île du Prieuré, in the grounds of Château Conti. It is very popular with art lovers and those looking to discover some artistic creations. Throughout the weekend, visitors flock to this market to discover and admire the creations of around fifty artists.
At the end of the day on Sunday, an auction is held by an auctioneer, offering the artworks of “en plein air” painters, who set up their easels throughout the town during the day.
Depending on the current health crisis, the next edition is due to be held on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2020 in the grounds of Château Conti. Free entry.
Château Conti Salon d'Auteurs
A whole weekend devoted to literature. Every year, the cultural affairs committee of L’Isle-Adam, in partnership with the association Leilia, organise this literature event in the great halls of Château Conti, as an opportunity for authors to come and hold discussions with visitors.
"Art de Printemps" Fair in Presles
This spring fair for painters in the town of Presles is a much-awaited cultural event where the artists come to talk about their artistic techniques. This is an innovative event that showcases contemporary artists.

An enjoyable event to discover the 9th art! Over a whole weekend, authors and illustrators will invite you to come and discover their artworks and their own special universe, for signings and chances to meet them, at the “La Luciole” concert venue. There will be workshops, exhibitions and entertainment to really plunge you head first into the world of comic books.
